On the evening of May 11, 1904, representatives of the Board of Trade hosted an elaborate multi-course dinner at the Fort Henry Club in honor of Mr. T.J. Foley, division superintendent of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, and other railroad officials. The table was beautifully decorated, and suitable musical entertainment was provided throughout the event. In attendance were T.J. Foley, G.A. Schmall, A. W. Thompson, J.J. Holloway, B. Walker Peterson, W.P. Hubbard, W.A. Wilson, George E. Stifel, W.E. Stone, H.C. Ogden, H.W. McLure, James B. McKee, George W. Lutz, George Hook, Charles H. Copp, George E. House, George A. Laughlin, Clark Hamilton, John Waterhouse, and Paul O. Reymann. The guests enjoyed not only a delectable menu but also stimulating conversation and a convivial atmosphere that lasted well into the night before the hosts bid farewell to their esteemed friends.
